Corn Roast
Since 2003, this has been an annual, one evening, event that is a combined effort between the St John Chamber and the Rotary Club. It is held at the Community Outpatient Center (outdoors). It is planned by a small joint committee over several months prior to the event and requires many volunteers, as well as community business involvement. The corn is pre-cooked the day of the event at Comfort’s Catering, the many miscellaneous food and paper items are supplied by local vendors and grocery stores. Hotdogs, etc are grilled on site by Welch’s Stop & Shop. Eenigenberg supplies bottled water. Proceeds are split between both organizations. The Chamber proceeds benefit the scholarship fund. It has been very well received by the community, offering food, socializing, live
entertainment, children’s activities, as well as booths operated by local businesses and organizations.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny
Generally held the Saturday morning before Palm Sunday, Breakfast with the Easter Bunny gives children and parents an opportunity to visit with the Easter Bunny, have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny and enjoy a full breakfast. Each child is also given an Easter goodie bag with donated toys, candy and various other items donated by local businesses. The event is a ticketed event with tickets sold at selected businesses in St John.

Breakfast with Santa
This is an annual event serving a delicious buffet Breakfast catered by Comfort Catering to local families for $5.00 each. Every child receives a goody bag filled with treats donated by local businesses. Santa is present and each child visits with Santa and has his/her picture taken with Santa. The Chamber has been hosting this event for many years and it is enjoyed by young and old.
